How does this formula work?

It prompts growth-hormone release instead of supplying growth hormone itself. A rise in hormone levels shows a body response, but it does not always mean better strength or recovery.

What does the research show?

A small study in older men found gains in a few strength tests. Body fat and muscle mass did not change. More research is needed for adult recovery goals. The linked injectable research does not establish the same effects or absorption for this oral formulation.

  • A closer look at strength

    Small human study · 1997

Eleven older men used GHRH 1–29 for six weeks. Some strength and endurance tests improved, but muscle mass and body fat did not. This small study cannot predict results for a modern CIRx formula.

Study results are not a promise of personal results. Research on one formula or route does not establish the same results for another.

What should I know about safety?

Current compounded sermorelin products are not FDA-approved for adult recovery or healthy aging.

What your clinician checks

  • Your symptoms, cancer history, and pituitary health
  • Blood sugar, sleep apnea, swelling, and current hormones
  • Whether hormone tests are useful and when to review them

Headache, flushing, swelling and changes in blood sugar or hormone levels require clinical review. Oral-formulation safety and absorption need their own evidence. Report new swelling, joint pain, headaches or vision changes.

Compounded means a pharmacy makes a custom formula; compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. Off-label means a medicine is used in a way its FDA approval does not cover. Your clinician explains the exact product, risks and alternatives before treatment.

Which active ingredients are listed for this program?

Sermorelin. Your dispensing pharmacy confirms the final prescription label and any inactive ingredients.

Is sermorelin the same as HGH?

No. HGH adds growth hormone directly. Sermorelin asks your body to release its own. They are different treatments.

What would we track?

Your care team may track symptoms, strength, blood sugar, and a hormone marker called IGF-1. A lab change alone does not prove a health benefit.

Which format does this program use?

This program uses a dissolving tablet for sublingual use. Other formulations have their own program pages.

How would I use it?

Follow the directions provided with your prescription. Your clinician and dispensing pharmacy confirm the dose, preparation, storage and follow-up. The product image is not a dosing guide.
