Terms of Use and Service

Effective date: October 22, 2026.

1. About these terms

These Terms govern your use of ConsiderItRx.com and the administrative and purchasing services offered by ConsiderItRx, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, doing business as ConsiderItRx or CIRx. References to we, us and our mean ConsiderItRx, LLC.

Before placing an order or enrolling in a paid program, you must have an opportunity to review these Terms, the applicable privacy notices and the specific checkout disclosures, and affirmatively agree where required. Browsing alone does not authorize payment, automatic renewal, medical treatment or marketing messages.

Specific written order terms identify the selected program, supply, term, total price, renewal schedule and any separately purchased services. These Terms do not waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

2. Who provides your services

CIRx operates the website and coordinates access to administrative, care and fulfillment services. Medical evaluations, diagnoses, prescriptions and treatment decisions are made by independent licensed clinicians and their medical groups. Licensed pharmacies dispense medication, and identified laboratories or collection vendors provide laboratory services. CIRx does not manufacture or dispense medication.

Secure intake, checkout and patient communications may use Wizlo-powered systems, including CIRx-branded domains. The provider, pharmacy, laboratory, merchant of record and applicable service terms must be identified in the relevant enrollment, order or care materials. Their professional responsibilities and privacy obligations remain their own.

3. Eligibility and clinical decisions

Services are intended for adults age 18 or older who can legally consent to the services. Additional age, clinical and location requirements may apply. You must provide accurate information and be physically located in a jurisdiction where the treating clinician is authorized to provide the relevant care.

Selecting or paying for a program does not guarantee eligibility, a prescription, a particular medication, dose, formulation, pharmacy, laboratory result or treatment outcome. A clinician may request further information, testing, a live visit, in-person evaluation or follow-up, or may decline or discontinue a treatment.

You are responsible for giving truthful, accurate, complete and current health information through the secure care channel and reporting relevant changes. Inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information can affect clinical decisions and increase the risk of harm. Your clinician may require identity verification, records, laboratory testing, monitoring, follow-up, a live visit or an in-person evaluation before starting or continuing treatment. Follow the directions supplied by your clinician and dispensing pharmacist. Billing cancellation does not replace clinical instructions or follow-up.

Website material is general educational information. It does not itself create a clinician-patient relationship or replace an individual evaluation. Brand and compounded formulations, including different routes of administration, are not interchangeable unless your clinician and pharmacist determine an appropriate treatment.

4. Emergencies and secure communication

CIRx website support is not an emergency service. Do not use website email, forms, text or chat for urgent medical needs. If you believe you have an emergency, call 911 or local emergency services.

Use the secure care channel supplied during enrollment for medical questions, symptoms, health history, prescription labels, identification and laboratory results. General email is for administrative support and must not be used to send sensitive medical information.

5. Prices, inclusions and payment

Before you authorize payment, checkout must show the exact program, medication or service, strength and supply where relevant, plan duration, full amount charged, included services, shipment schedule, and any separately agreed charges. A starting price or monthly equivalent is not the price of every option.

For the selected priced treatment plan, medication, standard shipping, the stated clinical review and ongoing support are included as described in the offer. We will not add undisclosed program, clinical or shipping fees after you agree to the total. Optional or additional testing or services require their own clear price disclosure and your agreement.

A multi-month plan may be charged as one full prepaid amount. A displayed per-month equivalent is the prepaid total divided by the stated months and is not a promise of monthly installments. The quantity, days’ supply and shipment frequency are confirmed for the particular plan; some preparations require separate monthly fills even when a plan covers a longer period.

A laboratory panel described as a one-time purchase does not automatically renew. Any recurring testing plan requires clear renewal disclosures and your separate agreement. Payment methods, any authorization hold versus final charge, and any applicable tax will be identified before payment. Insurance coverage or reimbursement is not promised.

If a material pricing or availability error is discovered before fulfillment, we will contact you with the corrected offer or cancel and refund the unprovided portion as appropriate. We will not substitute a materially different product, strength, term or price without the required clinical approval and your agreement.

6. Automatic renewals and cancellation anytime

Treatment subscriptions automatically renew at the interval and price clearly shown when you enroll, unless you cancel. A one-month subscription renews for the disclosed one-month term; a prepaid multi-month subscription renews for the disclosed multi-month term, not simply its advertised monthly equivalent. Your confirmation must show the amount, billing frequency and next renewal date.

You may cancel future automatic renewals at any time without a cancellation fee by emailing hello@consideritrx.com with your name and the order or account identifier needed to locate the subscription. If your patient account offers a cancellation control, you may also use it. No phone call or medical explanation is required to request cancellation.

Submit cancellation before the next renewal charge to stop that charge. We will use the time your request is received when resolving a disputed renewal and will confirm cancellation. A delay in our internal processing will not be used to impose a renewal charge after a valid, timely cancellation request.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically reverse an existing charge. Refund eligibility for a current paid order depends on what has actually been provided and the verified pharmacy stage, as explained in Section 8. Cancelling billing does not require you to finish a treatment against your clinician’s advice.

If a renewal charge occurs after an effective cancellation, contact us so we can investigate and refund an erroneous charge. To stop future charges, use the cancellation method rather than simply not taking medication or sending only a clinical message. If you ask us to close your account, we will also address active renewals so they are not left running without clear notice.

Renewal does not guarantee a new prescription or uninterrupted supply. Any required clinical review, valid prescription, testing and state availability conditions still apply. We will communicate an interruption and address charges for services or products we cannot provide.

We will give any legally required advance notice of renewal or material price or term changes. Material changes requiring new consent will not be imposed through a silent update to a website page.

7. Orders, pharmacy processing and delivery

Medication orders proceed through clinical review, any required payment authorization or charge, prescription approval, pharmacy acceptance and preparation, dispensing, and shipment. The available cancellation or remedy can depend on the stage reached. We will seek the relevant partner’s confirmation when a request concerns an order already in process.

Availability, pharmacy processing and carrier timing vary by product, destination and clinical requirements. Any stated dispatch estimate is measured from the stated order milestone and is not a delivery guarantee. We will communicate material delays and provide required delay-consent, cancellation or refund options.

Confirm your delivery address before ordering and notify support promptly of a needed change. We cannot promise that an address change or carrier reroute can be made after processing begins. Any additional charge or restriction must be disclosed and agreed before it is incurred.

Check the package, product, label and storage instructions promptly when received. Ask the dispensing pharmacist about medication condition or temperature concerns before use. Retain packaging where reasonably possible so the pharmacy can assess a problem.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

This section applies to purchases arranged through CIRx. Partner-specific processing rules do not remove CIRx’s responsibility to address its charges or any rights you have under law. We will not use a no-return rule to deny every claim for a wrong, damaged, missing, unsafe or unprovided product.

8.1 Requesting an order cancellation

Email hello@consideritrx.com promptly with your name, order number and a brief non-medical description of the request. If the pharmacy has not begun irreversible preparation or dispensing, we will seek to stop the order and refund the unprovided amount. We will explain the verified processing stage and any limitation.

Once medication has entered verified irreversible preparation, been dispensed or shipped, routine current-order cancellation may not be possible. This is separate from cancelling future automatic renewals, which you may request anytime under Section 6. There is no undisclosed cancellation, restocking or administrative penalty.

8.2 If treatment is not approved or cannot be supplied

If a clinician does not approve the selected treatment, or we cannot provide the agreed program, we will refund medication, fulfillment and other amounts for components not provided. If no separately priced clinical service was clearly disclosed and accepted before payment, we will not retroactively deduct an internal clinical cost as a cancellation fee.

A separately purchased, clearly disclosed professional service that was actually completed may be nonrefundable to the extent allowed by law. We will identify any such amount and the basis for it. Where no agreed service or product has been provided, the program charge will be refunded.

If your request remains incomplete or treatment is delayed, contact us to cancel pending fulfillment and future renewals. We will review any amount collected for unprovided components rather than allowing billing to continue indefinitely without the requested service.

8.3 Prescription medication returns

We do not accept routine physical returns or exchanges of dispensed prescription medication for restocking or resale. Do not mail medication to our Nashville mailing address or send it to a pharmacy without specific instructions.

A dispensing pharmacy may give separate instructions for an error, recall, safety investigation or lawful disposal. Those instructions do not limit a valid refund or replacement claim. Unwanted medication should be handled according to pharmacist or approved take-back instructions.

8.4 Wrong, damaged, missing or temperature-concern orders

Contact hello@consideritrx.com promptly if an order is missing, incorrect, damaged, tampered with or has a temperature or packaging concern. Start with the order number and a brief description. We will arrange a secure method for any photos of prescription labels, medication or other sensitive information.

Do not use medication that appears incorrect or tampered with. Ask the dispensing pharmacist to assess any question about product identity, condition, storage or temperature. A cool pack no longer being frozen does not, by itself, establish the medication’s safety or usability.

We will investigate with the pharmacy and carrier and provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other lawful remedy for a verified fulfillment or shipping problem. We do not automatically deny a claim because a carrier scan says delivered or because a patient cannot return medication for resale.

Customer-supplied address errors, refused deliveries or other preventable issues will be reviewed against the disclosed terms and the circumstances. We do not promise free replacement in every situation, and we will explain any decision and preserve applicable consumer rights.

8.5 Prepaid multi-month plans and medical discontinuation

Cancelling a prepaid plan stops its next renewal. Medication already dispensed for the paid term is not routinely returnable or refundable merely because you change your mind, use less than expected or choose to stop using it.

For a prepaid plan fulfilled in separate monthly fills, an unused future month that has not entered verified irreversible pharmacy preparation or dispensing may be cancelled and refunded at the prepaid plan total divided by the number of plan months. We will not treat a future monthly fill as already dispensed solely because the overall plan was prepaid. Separately priced, actually completed services may be excluded only if their price and refund treatment were disclosed and accepted before purchase; no amount will be counted twice or replaced with an undisclosed internal cost.

If a clinician discontinues treatment for medical reasons, contact support for review of the remaining plan. We will distinguish medication already dispensed and completed services from future unprovided components. No retroactive discount clawback or newly invented termination fee will be imposed.

8.6 Laboratory orders and collection kits

Laboratory services have different milestones from prescriptions. Contact us before using a lab order or opening, using or returning a home collection kit. Eligibility for cancellation or refund depends on whether a kit has shipped or been used, a collection has occurred, a sample has been processed or a clinical review has been completed, and any rules disclosed before purchase.

An unused lab order, failed collection, invalid sample, missing or defective kit, provider-cancelled test or inability to supply the agreed test requires an individual review. We will explain any replacement, recollection, cancellation or refund option and any separately disclosed cost before you agree to it. Completed laboratory testing and completed review services are generally not refundable for a change of mind.

Do not send a biological sample or collection kit to the CIRx mailing address. Use only the collection and shipping instructions from the actual laboratory or authorized collection vendor.

8.7 How approved refunds are issued

We will explain the approved amount and any lawfully retained, previously disclosed completed-service charge. Refunds are ordinarily issued to the original payment method, or an agreed lawful alternative if that method is unavailable.

We will confirm when a refund is initiated and provide the expected processing time. Bank or payment-provider posting times may vary. Refunds and delay remedies will be handled within applicable legal requirements. Nothing in these Terms limits a legally protected billing dispute or other consumer remedy.

9. Medication, laboratory and service limitations

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. They are prescribed and prepared only when appropriate under the applicable clinical and pharmacy requirements. Evidence about an approved product or another route does not establish equivalent results for a particular compounded formulation.

FDA-approved medications may sometimes be prescribed off-label for a use, dose, patient population or route outside their FDA-approved labeling. Approval of the medication does not establish FDA approval of that particular use. Off-label prescribing and compounded preparations are distinct; compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Discuss the proposed treatment, benefits, risks and alternatives with your clinician.

Clinical outcomes, tolerability, weight change, symptom improvement, test interpretation and timing vary. Treatment may cause side effects, adverse reactions or complications, and may provide limited or no improvement. No particular outcome is guaranteed. Contact your treating clinician promptly about new or worsening symptoms or suspected adverse reactions. Tests have defined scopes and limitations and do not diagnose or exclude every condition. These programs do not replace other primary care or recommended in-person care.

Some products have special storage requirements or beyond-use dates. Follow the dispensing pharmacy’s actual instructions. A longer program term does not override those instructions or guarantee that all medication will ship at once.

10. Your account and acceptable use

Keep account information accurate, protect login credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person, provide false information, misuse payment methods, distribute malware, interfere with the services, attempt to bypass security or access another person’s information.

Website content, design, trademarks and materials are owned or licensed by their respective owners. You may use the website for lawful personal purposes. Reuse or commercial exploitation of protected content requires permission or another lawful basis.

We may restrict access reasonably needed to address unlawful conduct, security risks or misuse, subject to any continuing professional duties and applicable law. Suspension does not automatically forfeit payment for unprovided services.

11. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. The relevant provider’s privacy notice and telehealth or treatment consent govern their respective services. These Terms do not grant blanket permission to use health information for marketing.

See our Telehealth Disclosures for additional information about clinical eligibility, treatment risks, monitoring and ongoing care.

You agree to receive necessary order, account, billing and service communications through appropriate contact methods. Optional marketing consent is separate and may be withdrawn. Customer support is available by phone or text at (615) 307-0686. Chat support is coming soon; no 24-hour response or continuous clinical monitoring is promised.

12. Website availability, responsibility and disputes

We aim to provide accurate information and reliable access, but website materials may contain errors and access may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, general website information is provided as available, without a guarantee that every feature will always be available or fit every purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the general website. This provision does not excuse refund obligations, breach of a legally protected privacy duty, fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, professional obligations or any liability that law does not allow to be excluded.

Please contact hello@consideritrx.com so we can try to resolve a concern. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, Tennessee law governs these Terms without eliminating any non-waivable protection available in your home state. Courts with proper jurisdiction and venue may hear a dispute. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply. We may update these Terms prospectively with appropriate notice and any required new agreement. The terms applicable to an existing paid order will not be changed retroactively to remove an accrued right.
