Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 22, 2026.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
ConsiderItRx, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, operates ConsiderItRx.com and uses the names ConsiderItRx and CIRx. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with our website, administrative support, enrollment coordination and communications.
Medical care, prescribing, pharmacy dispensing and laboratory services are provided by the professionals and organizations identified during enrollment or fulfillment. Care may take place through a Wizlo-powered form or patient portal, including a CIRx-branded domain. A branded web address does not change which organization provides the service or handles the information.
Clinical providers and pharmacies may have separate privacy notices, including a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices where applicable. This Privacy Policy does not replace those notices or limit rights provided by applicable law.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email address, contact preferences and the information you include when asking for administrative help, requesting updates or communicating with us.
- Account, enrollment and transaction information: account identifiers, selected program, plan length, order status, payments, refunds and support history when needed to administer the services you request. Payment providers handle payment credentials through the checkout experience.
- Website and device information: IP address, browser and device characteristics, pages visited, search terms, referring pages, approximate location inferred from an IP address, and interactions with links or website features. The information collected depends on the technologies actually in use and your choices.
- Care-related information: if you request care or authorize coordination, information may include your health interests, selected treatments, eligibility information and information received from an authorized provider, pharmacy or laboratory for the requested purpose. Clinical intake, medical records, prescription labels, identification and lab results belong in the designated secure care channel.
- Information from others: authorized service providers, care and fulfillment partners, payment providers, and people you authorize to communicate with us. We may combine information relating to the same account or request.
A health-related page visit, search or product selection can reveal a health interest even if you do not complete a medical form. Please do not put medical details in public website search, ordinary email or a marketing signup.
3. How we use information
- Operate and secure our website and accounts, respond to requests, investigate errors or misuse, and maintain appropriate records.
- Coordinate the program you request, confirm eligibility and availability through the appropriate provider, administer orders and payments, and communicate about enrollment, fulfillment, renewals, cancellation or refunds.
- Send administrative and care-related communications through the channels appropriate to their content.
- Send optional marketing communications in accordance with your preferences and applicable law, and understand the performance of our website and permitted campaigns.
- Comply with legal obligations, address disputes, and protect the rights and safety of patients, visitors, partners and our business.
Please submit clinical intake answers, prescription details and laboratory results only through the designated care channel. Do not include them in public search, ordinary email or marketing signups. Agreeing to receive marketing does not by itself authorize the use or disclosure of clinical records for advertising.
4. When we disclose information
- Service providers that help operate the website, hosting, security, communications, account administration, payment processing and customer support, subject to appropriate contractual limits.
- Independent clinicians, medical groups, pharmacies and laboratories when needed to provide or coordinate the care, product or service you request, or when you direct or authorize a disclosure.
- Authorities or other recipients when legally required, to address fraud or safety concerns, or to establish or defend legal rights, subject to applicable protections for health information.
- A successor in a merger, sale or reorganization, subject to applicable law and any required notice or consent.
- Other recipients you specifically authorize. A new purpose requiring consent will be presented separately rather than inferred from ordinary website use.
Additional legal protections may apply to health information. Where separate consent is required for a collection, use or disclosure, an ordinary website visit or marketing preference does not supply that consent. Section 8 explains how to contact us about privacy requests.
5. Cookies, analytics and privacy choices
Cookies and similar technologies may support site operation, security, preferences and measurement. The technologies in use depend on the features you access. Browser settings may allow you to restrict or remove cookies, although this can affect website functionality.
To change your privacy preferences, request an applicable opt-out or ask a privacy question, email hello@consideritrx.com with the subject Privacy Request. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. Some processing may still be needed to provide a service you request or comply with law.
6. Marketing and communication choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or contact hello@consideritrx.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary account, order, billing or care communications.
Marketing text messages, if offered later, require the applicable separate disclosures and consent. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing care. For customer support, call or text (615) 307-0686. Chat support is coming soon.
An existing relationship with a different business or brand does not, by itself, authorize new uses of health information or enrollment in CIRx marketing. Any list transfer or re-engagement campaign must be consistent with the original permissions, privacy promises and applicable law.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for the time reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, taking account of the type and sensitivity of the information, legal and professional recordkeeping obligations, disputes, security needs and deletion requests. Different information and different service providers may have different retention requirements.
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and our role. No website, communication method or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the secure care channel for medical information and protect your account credentials.
Deleting a website or marketing account does not automatically delete records a clinician, pharmacy or laboratory must retain. We will explain relevant limits and route requests to the organization responsible for those records.
8. Your privacy rights and requests
Depending on your residence, the information involved and applicable law, you may have rights to access or confirm processing, correct information, receive a portable copy, request deletion, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling.
To make a request, email hello@consideritrx.com with the subject Privacy Request. We will explain the verification needed, respond within the applicable legal deadlines, and explain any lawful limitation or denial. Do not email identification documents, detailed health information or passwords unless a secure, appropriate method has been arranged.
Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request with appropriate proof of authority. If you wish to appeal a denied request, email hello@consideritrx.com with the subject Privacy Appeal. We will provide a response and information about any further complaint options required by law. We do not penalize you for exercising a protected privacy right.
9. Children, location and third-party services
Our consumer services are intended for adults age 18 or older who can legally consent to the applicable services. They are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a consumer feature, contact us so we can review the situation.
The services are intended for people in the United States. Service availability depends on patient location and the provider or fulfillment partner. Information may be processed by authorized providers in locations where they operate, subject to applicable legal and contractual protections.
Other websites and independently operated services have their own privacy practices. Review the notices supplied by the clinician, medical group, pharmacy, laboratory or other organization providing the particular service.
10. Changes and contact
We will post an updated effective date when this policy changes and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. A new policy will not be used to avoid consent required for a materially different use of previously collected information.
