Labs by CIRx
Different health questions call for different testing. Compare the seven CIRx lab panels below to see which tests each one includes, where the panels overlap and which options are currently pending.

Seven panels, compared in one place
The counts below refer to listed tests or panels, not individual biomarkers. Some entries contain several measurements. For example, a comprehensive metabolic panel brings together multiple blood chemistry measurements. Learn about the CMP from MedlinePlus.

Compare every test
This matrix follows the complete panel comparison. A higher test count does not mean a panel is the right choice for everyone. Your clinician can help determine which testing fits your health history, anatomy and goals.
Legend: Included means the test or panel is listed in that option. Not included means it is absent from that option’s list. Scroll across and down to compare all seven panels. Panel headings and test names stay visible.

Where the panels differ
The two Executive panels share 24 entries. The Men’s panel adds PSA, Total; the Women’s panel adds progesterone. Both include testosterone, estradiol and a complete urinalysis.
The Executive panels do not include every test in the focused panels. Nutrient & Energy lists homocysteine, folate, vitamin B12 and magnesium, which are absent from both Executive lists. Metabolic Deep-Dive includes amylase and lipase. Liver Renewal lists a hepatic function panel. The comparison also keeps Lipid Panel with Ratios and Lipid Panel, Standard as separate named entries rather than treating them as interchangeable.
Blood testing and a urine sample
Both Executive panels include a complete urinalysis. That means the panel includes urine testing as well as blood tests. Urinalysis can add information about urinary and kidney health. Follow the collection instructions provided for your order. MedlinePlus explains urinalysis.
How to think about the results
These panels cover several areas of health, but lab findings are one part of a medical evaluation. A result outside the reference range may need context or further testing. A result within the range does not rule out every health problem. Your symptoms, health history and medicines also matter. Read MedlinePlus guidance on understanding lab results.
For the Executive panels, the included doctor consultation and recommendations give you a way to discuss the findings and appropriate next steps. Depending on your situation, that discussion may include monitoring, further evaluation or follow-up with your usual care team. Testing does not guarantee a particular diagnosis, treatment or prescription.
PSA needs an informed conversation
Total PSA measures a protein associated with the prostate. PSA can be elevated for reasons other than cancer, including an enlarged or inflamed prostate. It cannot diagnose prostate cancer by itself. Discuss the benefits and limitations of PSA screening with your clinician. MedlinePlus explains PSA testing.
Progesterone needs timing and context
Progesterone changes throughout the menstrual cycle and during pregnancy. Your clinician considers when the sample was collected, why the test was ordered and your pregnancy status when interpreting the result. Share any hormone medicines and relevant cycle information with your care team. MedlinePlus explains progesterone testing.
Preparing for your order
Use the preparation and collection instructions for your specific order. Ask the care team whether fasting or a particular collection time is needed, and how to provide the urine sample. Tell them about prescription medicines, nonprescription medicines and supplements. Do not stop a prescribed medicine unless your clinician tells you to.
